I recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The location of this place is in a very quiet area, perfect for getting a good night's sleep. The room amenities were great, with ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities all provided. I also appreciated having a flat-screen TV in the room for some entertainment. The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The dining options were also excellent, with special diet menus available. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay here.
I would highly recommend this hotel to families.

The close proximity to Luton airport makes it a great choice for travelers. the guest house is located near an alleyway that leads to an overflow car park, providing ample parking options. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, with well-equipped bathrooms. The owner is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The breakfast is delicious and generous, with a DIY assortment of cereals and a hot full English option.
The noise level can be a bit disruptive at times, especially when other guests are talking in the hallway or when doors open and close. However, this did not affect the overall quality of my stay.
